I hope you all enjoyed the break despite everything.
Once again we find ourselves in lockdown and we’re unable to open for classes.
As promised before Christmas, all memberships will remain frozen until we’re able to run classes again.

In the shorter term I’d like to start producing some equipment for you to train on safely at home which will be accompanied by some YouTube lessons.
The first piece of kit I’d like to produce in a slightly smaller version of the balance beams we have at the Academy.
