Team Kinetix are known for Parkour, Freerunning & Acrobatics. We’ve created a very good name for ourselves over the years providing professional performance services, consultancy and coaching in Parkour, Freerunning & Acrobatics. Our Founder and Director Brad Wendes is even an Elected Director of parkour UK.
Many of our regular clients and students don’t know that Team Kinetix started purely as a performance group, we wrote, choreographed and produced our own shows and performances. Brad taught performance skills to acting students at the East 15 Acting School for 7 years from 2007 – 2014. More recently Brad taught physical performance skills at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
One of the accomplishments that we’re most proud of is our ongoing work with the English National opera.
Team Kinetix have provided skills training, choreography and consultancy to the English National Opera since 2009, working on no less than 10 shows at the Coliseum Theatre in London.
Shows that we’ve worked on include Sweeney Todd starring Emma Thompson in 2015 and Sunset Boulevard starring Glenn Close in 2016.
Team Kinetix have coached actors and performers of all ages, to perform whatever the show requires, including how to jump, fall and land safely.
We have choreographed numerous action sequences and fight scenes, including a huge 20 person group swordfight for Otello in 2014.
Team Kinetix Director Brad Wendes has developed a good reputation for working with actors to make them comfortable and at ease when learning new and unusual skills.
