What ages is it for?
From 5 through to adults, grouped by age and stage.
How much is the trial?
Half price — £7.50 for most classes, or £4 for our Thursday and Saturday morning preschool sessions.
Which sessions can I try?
Any of our public sessions: all Saturday classes, weekday sessions after 4pm, and our Thursday morning preschool session.
I've never done parkour — is that ok?
Completely. Sessions are built for total beginners.
What should we bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, and water. That's it.
Is it safe?
Qualified coaches, proper progression, safe matted facility. Always safety-first.
